Before you leave
- Every itinerary is checked by a planner who has travelled it.
- Guides and drivers are background-checked and briefed on your group.
- Travel insurance is included and explained, not buried in the small print.
- We send a one-page emergency card: hotel addresses, the guide's number and the nearest hospital for each night.
While you are away
- A 24×7 helpline answered in India and at your destination.
- Activities such as balloons, paragliding and rafting run only with licensed operators, and we keep a spare day for weather.
- At altitude, we build in acclimatisation days and carry oxygen.
If something goes wrong
Your guide handles it on the ground, and a planner in our office handles the paperwork, from rebooking flights to talking to the insurer. You should not have to make those calls yourself.
