Good to know: Adventure level Medium: one demanding day of steps at Nongriat (we pace it, and anyone can stay back in Sohra) and kayaking suitable for beginners. The Umngot is clearest from about November to April; in the monsoon it turns muddy and boating can be suspended, so we don't run this trip then.
Every itinerary can be adjusted for your group's pace, food and mobility. Activities run with licensed operators, weather permitting.
